Terms of Service

Last updated November 2, 2026

By using Aria you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Characters are fictional; conversations are generated and may be inaccurate.

Credits and subscriptions

  • Credits are a prepaid usage unit with no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Text replies cost 1 credit, images 10, and a 5-second video 80, unless a plan states otherwise.
  • Failed or canceled generations are refunded automatically.
  • Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel any time from Membership → Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Credit packs are valid for 12 months. Refunds for unused packs follow the policy shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't use Aria to create or request sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, real-person impersonation, harassment, instructions for serious harm, or content that violates the law. Don't attempt to bypass safety systems, scrape the service, or resell access.

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. Where required, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it, generate replies and media, and provide the service. Generated media is yours to use within these terms; it may resemble other outputs from the same models.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts or the service for maintenance or safety. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
